New Names. Same Great People.
Epic Staffing Group recently introduced its plans to unify its brands under a new name and branding strategy, aimed at highlighting the company’s depth of expertise in healthcare staffing niches and providing a comprehensive suite of solutions to both healthcare facilities and job seekers.
- Emerald Health Services will be branded Epic Travel Staffing, which will include Nurse Staffing, Allied Staffing, and Interim Management Staffing market segments.
- FSR will be branded Epic Government.
- Guardian Healthcare Providers and Vintage Health Resources are merging to become Epic International Staffing.
- Mission Search and PDC Staffing will join forces to be branded Epic Specialty Staffing, consisting of market segments for Cardiovascular Staffing, Oncology Staffing, and Leadership Staffing.
- TherapyTravelers will be branded Epic Special Education Staffing.
In addition to the new names for our healthcare staffing brands, we are also excited to unveil Epic Staffing Group’s new logo. The design embodies our focus on innovation and excellence in the staffing industry, while also highlighting our ability to adapt to the constantly changing needs of the healthcare industry. The new logo is a visual representation of our dedication to providing the right solution, at the right time, to meet the needs of our clients and job seekers.
The unified brand names will make it easier for job seekers to identify which Epic brand aligns best with their skills and goals at any given point of their career path. Each brand will maintain a clear focus, making it simpler for job seekers to find the right opportunities for them.
“We are excited about this re-branding and believe that it will bring many benefits to both healthcare facilities and job seekers,” said Mark Siegel, CEO of Epic Staffing Group. “We are confident that it will enable us to better serve the needs of our clients and ultimately improve the staffing outcomes in the healthcare industry.”
“Currently, Epic Staffing Group is branded smaller than our actual size and importance due to the fragmentation of our brands across our segments,” notes Michael Fineberg, Epic’s Chief Marketing and Branding Officer. “A critical component of the long-term growth strategy for Epic Staffing Group will be the development of a single, centralized branding presence with our clients, clinicians, and team members.”
Our leaders shared their thoughts on the impact of the re-branding on both our internal employees and the clients and job seekers we serve. While each perspective was unique, the theme is consistent: the consolidation of resources and expertise will provide greater access to a wider range of solutions that will enable Epic Staffing Group to better meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
Epic Travel Staffing & International Staffing
President of Epic Travel Staffing & International Staffing, Jake Dixon, speaks to the advancement opportunities this rebranding will allow:
“I couldn’t be more thrilled about the evolution of our brands to Epic Staffing Group. The rebranding will put our organization in a position to significantly increase the breadth and depth in which we serve our clinicians and clients alike. There are many similarities between our Travel Staffing and International Strategic Business Units. The rebranding will allow us the ability to leverage synergies, adding more value than ever to those we serve”.
Epic Government
Jeff Johnson, President of Epic Government, recognizes that Epic Staffing Group’s rebranding builds upon the unity of our business unit segments, ultimately growing our expertise as we expand our resources:
“It’s not just a name change. Further solidifying Epic Staffing Group’s various brands under one flag and one organization provides Epic Government (formerly FSR) the ability to more easily reach our sister companies to identify and deliver professionals in many new areas, such as perfusion and radiation therapy. Our clients have access to more expertise and a larger pool of resources, while our employees gain a host of additional opportunities to pursue. I’m excited to bring these new capabilities to the Defense Health Agency, Veterans Affairs, other federal clients, and our many state and local clients.”
Epic Special Education Staffing
Carol Cheney, President of Epic Special Education Staffing, shares how the impact goes deeper than a simple name change:
“The team and I couldn’t be more excited about the new Epic Special Education Staffing (formerly TherapyTravelers) rebrand. We are eager to have a name that clearly communicates what we do and who we serve, all while incorporating the incredible support of our Epic infrastructure. Epic Special Education Staffing authentically defines to both candidates and clients the populations we serve and what services we provide. Our fresh new look, with the same outstanding team support, is sure to leave an indelible mark on the hearts of all who interact with us.”
Epic Specialty Staffing
Reflecting on the benefits brought on by the integration with Epic Staffing Group, Patrick Smith, President of Epic Specialty Staffing, shares his perspective on how the business has maintained its values while embracing new opportunities:
“Being a part of Epic Staffing Group has allowed Epic Specialty Staffing (formerly PDC Staffing and Mission Search) to maintain our values and reputation while also benefiting from the expansion and this larger group’s resources and expertise. The rebranding under the Epic family has opened up numerous opportunities for us, and we are well-positioned to take full advantage. Our team, employees, and partners are stronger than ever, and we are now able to offer additional services to our customers. As a large and expert-based specialty company, we have not had to compromise our reputation or the quality of patient care our clinical professionals provide in any manner as a result of joining Epic. Quite the opposite, as we are in an excellent position to leverage our competitive standing and maintain the high standards of patient care our clients have come to expect over the last 20+ years.”
A key benefit of this initiative is that it will allow Epic Staffing Group to better showcase its breadth of services to healthcare facilities. Whether a facility is in need of temporary staffing, permanent placement, or something in between, Epic Staffing Group has aptly named a strategic business unit that can meet its needs. This will make it easier for facilities to identify the right solution for their specific needs and ultimately lead to more successful staffing outcomes.
