The Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has recently named Epic Staffing Group a winner of the 2024 Best Staffing Firms to Work For during the annual Executive Forum North America conference held in Las Vegas March 25-28, 2024. This annual award recognizes staffing organizations for their outstanding leadership and the great efforts they put into creating a positive and fair work environment.

SIA Recognizes Organizations Driving High Engagement Levels
As a global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions, SIA gives this award to the highest-scoring staffing organizations based on their performance in six key engagement categories: communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. Among the 400 firms participating this year, Epic Staffing Group was selected as one of the 10 Best Staffing Firms to Work For under the North America 501-Plus Employees category.
The scoring was based on the results of a 40-question online survey, which internal employees of each participating firm completed. To qualify, the firms were required to meet a minimum level of employee participation with respect to their total number of employees. SIA then ranked the firms based on their overall composite score.
