Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named Beverly Scott, Chief Human Resources Officer at Epic Staffing Group, on its eighth annual Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list. Each year SIA recognizes and honors women who exhibit impactful merits as leaders and influencers in the global talent marketplace.
Scott’s achievements, which include the successful roll-out and rebrand of Epic’s organization core values to unify twelve companies under the Epic Staffing Group portfolio, decisively earned her a spot on this year’s list. During the pandemic, she led the creation of employee-friendly DE&I programs such as paid parental leave, employee charitable matching, tuition and employee development reimbursement, and employee engagement programs that support the whole person. Over the last three years, Scott has overseen employee growth count and shepherded the successful integration of nearly 500 corporate employees. Under her leadership, Scott’s team decreased turnover to under 10%.
