Epic Staffing Group Referral Program

The Epic Friends Referral Program exists to attract eligible candidates to Epic Staffing Group companies. 

Referrers do not need to have an existing relationship with Epic Staffing. To receive payment for a successfully placed referral, the referrer must provide Epic Staffing Group with personal information as required to process payment and issue required tax documents.  

To qualify for the Epic Friends Referral Program, the referrer must complete the Epic Friends referral form, and provide accurate and complete information for the individual they are referring. You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself. 

If the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer 

In addition to these terms, each referral submission is subject to the terms and conditions for the program through which the referral is initially placed. Epic International Staffing does not participate in the Epic Friends referral program. 

Epic Staffing Group reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time. 

Non-Clinical employees of Epic Staffing Group are not eligible to participate in the Epic Friends referral bonus program.  

This referral bonus program exists to attract eligible new candidates to Epic Special Education Staffing.  Eligible referrals are defined as a new candidate not already in the Epic Special Education Staffing database, or that has not had 2 way communication with Epic Special Education Staffing in the last 365 days. To qualify for a referral bonus, you must either (1) submit a complete online referral form OR (2) provide an Epic Special Education Staffing recruiter with the referred candidate’s contact information prior to that candidate accepting a work assignment with Epic Special Education Staffing OR (3) the referred job seeker must either click through your referral code to register his or her account or enter your referral code when registering his or her account.   You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself. 

If the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral, and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer. Referred candidates must start an assignment within 18 months of the referral submission. 

Referral Bonus Incentives and Payment:  

The referral bonus incentive has two components, both of which are payable for every successful referral as defined below. 

$250 Donation Incentive 

Epic Special Education Staffing will endeavor to contact the referrer within 30 days of the completion of the referred candidate’s first assignment. Epic Special Education Staffing will provide the steps necessary to select a recipient of the $250 Incentive from a list of organizations that champion special needs and related causes. 

$1000 Referral Incentive 

Epic Special Education Staffing will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 days of the completion of the qualification milestone of 90 days on a contract. To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic Special Education Staffing with personal information as required to process payment and provide the appropriate tax forms.  

In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the referrers. 

Epic Special Education Staffing reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in the company’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time.

This referral bonus program exists to attract eligible new candidates to Epic Specialty Services.  Eligible referrals are defined as a new candidate not already in the Epic Specialty Services database. To qualify for a referral bonus, you must either submit a complete online referral form or provide a recruiter with the referred candidate’s contact information prior to the referral accepting a work assignment with Epic Specialty Services OR the referred job seeker must either click through your referral code to register his or her account or enter your referral code when registering his or her account .  You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself.  A referral must be placed within 365 days of the referral submission date to qualify for a bonus incentive. 

If the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer. In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the referrers. 

Referral Bonus Incentives and Payment:  

The amount of the referral bonus is determined by the placement of the referred candidate, as follows: 

  • Perfusionist – $3000 
  • ECMO Specialist – $2000 
  • Auto Transfusionist – $1000 

Epic Specialty Services will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 days after the referred candidate has completed the reached the qualification milestone:  

  • For referrals hired into W2 roles, the referral must remain employed for 90 calendar days. 
  • For referrals hired as a 1099 contractor, the referral must work 35 shifts. 

To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic Specialty Services with personal information as required to issue payment.  

Epic Specialty Services reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time. 

Non-Clinical employees of Epic Specialty Services and/or Epic Staffing Group are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.  Employees are not eligible for a bonus incentive when they have influence over the hiring process for a candidate they referred.

 

This referral bonus program exists to attract eligible new candidates to Epic Specialty Services.  Eligible referrals are defined as a new candidate not already in the Epic Specialty Services database. To qualify for a referral bonus, you must either submit a complete online referral form or provide a recruiter with the referred candidate’s contact information prior to the referral accepting a work assignment with Epic Specialty Services OR the referred job seeker must either click through your referral code to register his or her account or enter your referral code when registering his or her account .  You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself.

Epic Specialty Services will endeavor to pay the referral bonus of $5000 less applicable taxes within 30 days after the referred candidate has reached the qualification milestone of actively reading for 90 days (full time) or 180 days (part time). 

To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic Specialty Services with personal information as required to issue payment and tax documentation.  

Epic Specialty Services reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time.  

Non-Clinical employees of Epic Special Education Staffing and/or Epic Staffing Group are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.  

This referral bonus program exists to attract eligible new candidates to Epic International Staffing.  Eligible referrals are defined as a new candidate not already in the Epic International Staffing database.  To qualify for a referral bonus, you must either submit a complete online referral form or provide a recruiter with the referred candidate’s contact information prior to the referral accepting a contract with Epic International Staffing. You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself. The referrer must be in the United States at the time of payment.

If the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer.  

Referral Bonus Incentives and Payment:  

Epic International Staffing will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 days after the referred candidate has completed the reached the qualification milestone of 60 days from deployment to client site without breach.  To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic International Staffing with personal information as required to issue payment.    

Epic International  Staffing reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time. 

Non-Clinical Corporate employees of Epic International Staffing or Epic Staffing Group Companies are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.  

This referral bonus program exists to attract eligible new candidates to Epic Physician Staffing.  Eligible referrals are defined as a new candidate not already in the Epic Physician Staffing database. To qualify for a referral bonus, you must either submit a complete online referral form or provide a recruiter with the referred candidate’s contact information prior to the referral accepting a work assignment with Epic Physician Staffing.   You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself. 

If the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer. In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the referrers. 

Referral Bonus Incentives and Payment:  

The amount of the referral bonus is determined by the placement of the referred candidate, as follows: 

  • Physician – $3,000 
  • Physician Assistant – $2,000 
  • CRNA – $2,000 

Epic Physician Staffing will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 days after the referred candidate has completed the reached the qualification milestone of one day/shift worked in the 12 months following the referral submission date. Orientation hours cannot be applied towards the qualifying milestone. To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic Physician Staffing with personal information as required to issue payment.  

Epic Physician Staffing reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time. 

Non-Clinical  Corporate employees of Epic Physician Staffing and/or Epic Staffing Group and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. 

This referral bonus program exists to attract eligible new candidates to Epic Travel Staffing.  Eligible referrals are defined as a new candidate not already in the Epic Travel Staffing or affiliate databases, or that has not had 2 way communication with Epic Travel Staffing in the last 365 days. To qualify for a referral bonus, you must either submit a complete online referral form or provide a Epic Travel Staffing recruiter with the referred candidate’s contact information prior to the referral accepting a work assignment with Epic Travel Staffing OR the referred job seeker must either click through your referral code to register his or her account or enter your referral code when registering his or her account.   You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself. 

If the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer. In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the referrers. 

Referral Bonus Incentives and Payment:  

$50 Gift Card Referral Submission Incentive  

When Epic Travel Staffing receives a qualified referral submission, we will endeavor to issue a $50 gift card within 30 days of receipt of the qualified referral. For the purpose of this incentive only, a qualified referral is defined as a submission via the online Epic Friends submission form that 1) includes accurate contact information as verified by the assigned recruiter 2) is personally known to the referrer 3) is qualified to work in any role placed by Epic Travel Staffing. The referrer may select their gift card from a predetermined offering of retailers selected by Epic Travel Staffing. Gift cards are considered cash-equivalent items and thus are considered taxable income. 

$1000 Referral Incentive 

Epic Travel Staffing will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 within 30 days of the completion of the referred candidate’s first assignment. To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic Travel Staffing with personal information as required to process payment and provide the appropriate tax forms. 

$500 Charity Incentive 

Epic Travel Staffing will endeavor to contact the referrer within 30 days of the completion of the referred candidate’s first assignment. Epic Travel Staffing will provide the steps necessary to select a recipient of the $500 Charity Incentive from a list of predetermined Charities.  

Epic Travel Staffing reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time. 

Non-Clinical  Corporate employees of Epic Travel Staffing and/or Epic Staffing Group and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.  

This referral bonus program exists to attract eligible new candidates to Orbis Clinical.  Eligible referrals are defined as a new candidate not already in the Orbis Clinical or affiliate databases, or that has not had 2 way communication with Orbis Clinical in the last 365 days. To qualify for a referral bonus, you must either submit a complete online referral form or provide a Orbis Clinical recruiter with the referred candidate’s contact information prior to the referral accepting a work assignment with Orbis Clinical OR the referred job seeker must either click through your referral code to register his or her account or enter your referral code when registering his or her account.   You can earn only one referral bonus per person referred; you cannot refer yourself. 

If the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer. Referral Bonus Incentives and Payment:  

Up to $1000 Referral Incentive 

The final referral incentive amount will be determined by the role in which the referral is placed. Orbis Clinical will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 within 30 days of the completion of the referred candidate’s first assignment. To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Orbis Clinical with personal information as required to process payment and provide the appropriate tax forms. 

$500 Charity Incentive 

Orbis Clinical will endeavor to contact the referrer within 30 days of the completion of the referred candidate’s assignment. Orbis Clinical will provide the steps necessary to select a recipient of the $500 Charity Incentive from a list of predetermined charities.  

Orbis Clinical reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time. 

Non-Clinical Corporate employees of Orbis Clinical and/or Epic Staffing Group and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
