Epic Staffing Group Job Referral Program

This referral bonus program exists to attract new business to Epic Travel Staffing. Referrals made to Epic Staffing Group’s other Strategic Business Units (SBUs) do not qualify for this program. 

To submit a referral for consideration, you must complete all required fields of the client and job referral submission form. You must provide valid contact information for a decision maker at the referred organization, as well as details about how the referred opportunity became known to you. 

To earn the $50 Gift Card Incentive, a representative of Epic Travel Staffing must be able to verify the following: 

  • If a job referral, the job should be open or soon to be open, and Epic Travel Staffing does not have an existing order for the job 
  • If the referrals points to a general or departmental need for staffing services, the referred facility has a current and/or future need for staffing services in the scope Epic Travel Staffing’s offering, and Epic Travel Staffing has not engaged in a conversation with the referred facility/department in the past 12 calendar months from the referral submission date. 
  • Contact information was submitted for an individual with decision making authority over staffing decisions at the referred facility, and the contact information is valid and complete 
  • Epic Travel Staffing is able to reach the referred contact by phone or email and confirm the above. 

The $50 Gift Card will be issued for all qualified leads,  issuance is not contingent on the acquisition of new business. 

Epic Travel Staffing will endeavor to issue the $50 gift card within 30 days of receipt of the qualified referral. The referrer may select their gift card from a predetermined offering of retailers selected by Epic Travel Staffing. Gift cards are considered cash-equivalent items and thus are considered taxable income. 

Client Acquisition Bonus Incentives and Payment 

 Premium Gift: 

Epic Travel Staffing will reward a qualified referral resulting in either (1) a fully executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) with a new client or (2) The placement of a Clinician in a job for which Epic Staffing Group did not have an open order at the time of the referral with a Premium Gift. A maximum of one (1) gift may be earned for each qualified referral submission. The Premium Gift will be earned upon the execution of the MSA, or when and if a Clinician placed as result of the referral has completed 30 days of service. 

Once earned, a representative of Epic Travel Staffing will contact the referrer within 30 days to facilitate the selection of the Premium Gift. Selection may vary, Premium Gifts as displayed in Epic Travel Staffing marketing materials are for promotional purposes only and may not be representative of the selection available. The Premium Gift will contain the Epic Staffing Group or Epic Travel Staffing  logo and brand name. Once a Premium Gift is selected, production times may vary and receipt of the gift is dependent on manufacturer fulfillment and shipping timelines.  To receive a gift, the referrer must provide an accurate shipping address. 

 $1000 Placement Incentive: 

  • If a job referral at an existing client, when Epic Travel Staffing does not have an existing order for the job 
  • To earn the $1000 Placement Incentive, Epic Travel Staffing must place a Clinician in the job 
  • If a job referral with a new client 
  • To earn the $1000 Placement Incentive, Epic Travel Staffing must place a Clinician in any job with the new client 

To receive the full $1000 incentive, the Clinician must complete their contract (typically 13 weeks).  If the Clinician renews a completed contract for the same job, the referrer will receive an additional $1000 incentive upon completion of the renewal contract). If the Clinician completes at least 6 weeks of work from the start date but does not complete their contract, the referrer will receive a prorated bonus. 

Epic Travel Staffing will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 days of the completion of the referred candidate’s first assignment. To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic Travel Staffing with personal information as required to process payment and provide the appropriate tax forms. 

You can earn only one referral bonus per client; you cannot refer yourself.  A Clinician must be placed within 365 days of the referral submission date to qualify for a bonus incentive.  

 If the same job or client is referred by more than one individual, the first one received will be considered the referral and a bonus will only be paid to that original referrer. 

Epic Travel Staffing will endeavor to pay the referral bonus less applicable taxes within 30 days after the referred candidate has completed the reached the qualification milestone.  and completed the tax and banking documentation requested for payment processing:   

  • For referrals hired into W2 roles, the referral must remain employed for 90 calendar days.  
  • For referrals hired as a 1099 contractor, the referral must work 35 shifts.  

To receive payment, the referrer will need to provide Epic Travel Staffing with personal information as required to issue payment.   

Epic Travel Staffing reserves the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time.  

Corporate employees of Epic Staffing Group are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
